2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada
- For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- Remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
